Resolution Agrees Hammersmith Grove Pre-Lettings

LONDON-Resolution Property plc has pre-let 80 per cent of building 1 at Hammersmith Grove, its 210,000 sq ft office scheme in London W6. Despite the market slowdown, the deals reflect the shortage of space in West London.

LONDON-Resolution Property has kick-started its 210,000 sf office scheme at Hammersmith Grove in London W6 with a series of pre-lettings. Panasonic Disc Services International, Capcom Eurosoft and the National Care Standards Commission signed leases earlier this summer, at rents approaching £40 ($58) per sf, and now Fitness First and Coteba have agreed to take space.

Fitness First plc has agreed to take 11,000 sf of basement space on a 25-year lease, subject to planning permission. And project management consultancy Coteba has taken the entire 10th floor of 3,120 sf on a 15 year lease at more than £35 ($51) per sf.
