Marcus & Millichap has named Richard Butler as a senior investment associate, one of the highest levels of recognition that the firm awards. Butler, who has been with the firm for 12 years, focuses on the multifamily market. Last year, he accumulated $25 million in sales and is on pace to hit $45 million this year.
The Phoenix office of Hogan & Associates, a real estate brokerage firm, has named Tracy Glass as vice president and senior marketing consultant. At Richmond American Homes, Jim Kenny is assuming a vice presidency of land acquisitions and Paul McClurg, project manager. The investment firm of the Rubin Cos. Inc. has promoted Brett K. Sheets to director of leasing.
