Over 77,300 SF of Warehouse Space Set for 17-Acre Site

ABERDEEN, NJ-A locally based firm will develop the facility in two phases in this Monmouth County township's light industrial area. The first phase will total just over 24,500 sf.

ABERDEEN, NJ-Salem Place Corp., based here, will develop 77,325 sf of warehouse/distribution space on a 17-acre site located within the township’s light industrial area. The site is located at the intersection of County Road and Route 35.

Under a development plan just approved by the township’s planning board, Salem Place will do the project in two phases. The initial phase, two buildings totaling 24,525 sf, is expected to be underway shortly. The second phase, a single 52,800-sf structure will begin once phase one is completed, although no specific timeline has been announced.
