Home Depot bought the site for an undisclosed sum from Vaughn Realty Ltd. The Atlanta-based operator of home improvement stores will receive rental income from other tenants at the site.

A key factor in the site, the Vaughn Industrial Park at 10815 Sentinel, is that it is on the Union Pacific rail line for deliveries, Joe Carroll of the Grubb & Ellis Co.'s San Antonio office tells GlobeSt.com. Russell Perry of the R.E. Perry Co. in St. Louis and Terry Wrath of the San Antonio office of CB Richard Ellis have handled negotiations for Home Depot.
