Home Improvement Store Coming to Center

VISTA, CA-With some modifications, city planners have approved a Lowe's Home Improvement store within the Downtown Vista Village redevelopment area.

VISTA, CA-City planners have approved a Lowe’s Home Improvement store within the downtown Vista Village redevelopment area.

Planning commissioners approved the plan for a store on the southeast corner of Vista Village and Lado de Loma drives in a proposal that will go before the City Council on Sept. 25. Commissioners restricted early morning and late-night deliveries and forklift operation to offset noise.
