Mountcity Buys Doncaster Distribution Investment

LONDON-Mountcity has bought a 188,000 sf distribution unit on the M18 at Doncaster, South Yorkshire from Teesland and Shepherd Developments. The investor is amassing a sizeable portfolio of distribution property in the region.

LONDON-The Mountcity Group has forward-purchased a new 188,000 sf distribution facility at Yorkshire Forward’s West Moor Park, on junction 4 of the M18 at Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The property is being developed by Teeshep, a joint venture between Teesland Group and Shepherd Developments, and it has been sold for £8 million ($11.6 million).

The deal brings Mountcity’s portfolio of distribution property in South Yorkshire to over £50 million ($72 million).
