NEW YORK CITY-Upper East Siders who have had to traipse clear across the street to find a decent non-fat, decaf latte will soon be able to satisfy their cravings at a new Starbucks.

Century Tower, a new residential building located in the Yorkville neighborhood at 90th St. and First Avenue, has just signed a 10-year lease agreement with Starbucks for a 1,200-sf ground-floor store slated to open this fall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but asking price for the space was $80 per sf, according to Scott Edlitz, who represented Century Tower in the deal. David Firestein of Northwest Atlantic Realty Services’ White Plains office represented Starbucks.
