The buyer, Nader Trading Co., was represented by Beitler Commercial Real Estate. The sellers, Mike Malley and Azeez Malley, were represented by David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial.

The deal is the latest in a string of retail sales that have occurred across the county in recent weeks. Last week, the City of Anaheim purchased a vacant retail building for $1.9 million. Located at 320 S. Beach Blvd. in Anaheim, the facility encompasses 20,232 sf. Although the city has yet to decide on the future use of the building, there have been talks of turning it into a community development center or a police substation.

The Anaheim transaction was followed by the sale of an 8,500-sf retail facility in Westminster. Purchased for $1.3 million by private investor Daniel Sied, the property is located at 15091 Beach Blvd. It was sold by K Co.
