The company, G-4 LLC, has inked a two-year sublease for the space, which is located at 11444 West Olympic Blvd. The sublessor, Campbell-Ewald, has relocated to a 15,000-sf creative warehouse in Santa Monica. Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, industry sources estimate the sublease to be worth more than $1.3 million.
G-4 LLC, which creates original programming for Comcast, was represented by Phil Lindholm of Cushman & Wakefield. Campbell-Ewald was represented by Steven Kolsky and Scott Panzer, both from Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc.
"Despite the vast amount of sublease currently available in Los Angeles, this space was leased within weeks of being placed on the market," says Kolsky. "One reason for this was the 360-degree unobstructed view the space offers, as well as its creative build-out with floor to ceiling frameless glass."
