The building is designed for a combination of lab, high-tech and office uses. Specifically, GVA Williams is looking for biotech/pharmaceutical, telecom and office tenants. Scheduled to be ready for occupancy next month, it's available for single-tenant use or divisible to 10,000 sf.

According to Joe Boiseau, director of corporate services for GVA Williams of NJ, who is managing the assignment, the asset features a 5/1,000 parking ratio, 18-20-foot clear ceilings and drive-in docks. Located within a fully developed office park off Route 1, its corporate neighbors include Merrill Lynch, Wave Systems, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
