Owners George and Dorothy Eouse are assessing the damage amount today. Their inventory is valued at an estimated $5 million, vendors who deal with the Eouses tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity. The Eouses bought the building in 1995 for $1.1 million, according to Orange County real estate records.

The warehouse roof damage follows a similar storm incident in early August at Lockheed Martin Corp.'s flight training simulator center in south Orange County. The building housed three flight simulators aggregately valued at $30 million. A final damage estimate was not disclosed.
