$33-Mil Mountain Condo Project Delayed

GRANBY, CO-Construction of the mixed-use Twin Saddles Lodge, which includes 109 condominium units as well as retail space, is delayed until next spring to avoid building in the winter. A dispute neighboring condo owners is resolved.

GRANBY, CO-Marise Cipriani, owner of the SolVista Golf & Ski Ranch resort about 78 miles west of Denver, is delaying the start of construction of the Twin Saddles Lodge. The $33-million multifamily and retail project, first announced last April, was to have begun in the late summer.

Instead, Cipriani is pushing construction to next spring.

“We have not cancelled the project,” Cipriani tells GlobeSt.com. “We have merely made a decision to start fresh in the spring rather than face a late start and the inherent problems of building in the winter.”
