Russell makes sweatshirts, T-shirts and sports uniforms. It is the official supplier of uniforms for the major leagues.
The move comes as Russell restructures, moving much of its operations offshore. Clay County hasn't disclosed plans for the 20-acre site on State Hwy 77 West. Nearby, a second Russell plant is still on the market.
Binswanger/CBB, of Philadelphia brokered the transaction.
