Bisco is housing its corporate headquarters and warehouse and distribution operation in the facility, located at 1500 N. Lakeview. Steve Bryant of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented Bisco. Mike Hefner of Voit represented the Laguna Hills-based seller.

In conjunction, Bisco sold its former facility in Orange for $1.5 million. The 17,151-sf industrial building was snapped up by an Orange-based investment company, Generation Growth LLC. Both the buyer and seller were represented by Bryant, along with Jeff Read, also of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office.

Bryant and Read then represented Generation Growth in a lease at the Orange facility, which is located at 704 W. Southern Ave. The building has been leased by an eye care products firm, Vista Acquisition LLC. Vista was represented by Sam Foster of Jones Lang LaSalle.
