The seven-building business park fronts the 16400 and 16500 blocks of Valley Boulevard, north of the Pomona (60) Freeway. It is owned by a Southland-based private partnership, LB Victory LLC.
In the largest of the three sales, Korea-based foodmaker and packager Nong Shim paid $2.2 million for a 28,900-sf building at 16438 Valley Blvd. Nong Shim will use the building as its West Coast distribution center and was represented by Lucky Reim in the transaction.
In the second sale, textile-importer Longdentex paid $1.4 mil for an 18,000-sf building at 16483 Old Valley Blvd. Longdentex, which will relocate from City of Industry, was represented by Dynasty Realty.
To round out the activity, ALCO Flatbush paid nearly $1.3 million for a 15,100-sf structure at 16578 Valley Blvd. ALCO Flatbush was represented by Lee & Associates.
In all three transactions, seller LB Victory was represented by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Tony Phu, David Hasbrouck and Stu Milligan.
