Industrial Trio Sells for $4.9 Mil

LA PUENTE, CA-Separate investors acquire three buildings totaling 62,000 sf. All are inside the recently completed Valley Business Center.

LA PUENTE, CA-Three industrial buildings inside the recently completed Valley Business Center here have been sold to separate buyers for a combined $4.9 million.

The seven-building business park fronts the 16400 and 16500 blocks of Valley Boulevard, north of the Pomona (60) Freeway. It is owned by a Southland-based private partnership, LB Victory LLC.

In the largest of the three sales, Korea-based foodmaker and packager Nong Shim paid $2.2 million for a 28,900-sf building at 16438 Valley Blvd. Nong Shim will use the building as its West Coast distribution center and was represented by Lucky Reim in the transaction.
