It has more than 200 employees and annual revenues of $135 million. Texas Wilson, also based in San Antonio, is one of the city's largest office furniture distributors.
Jeff Brown of the San Antonio office of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services has represented Operational Technologies and Art Gonzalez and Steve Garza of Providence Commercial Real Estate Services has handled negotiations for building owner, Texas Wilson.
Operational Technologies works in telecommunications services, supply chain management and environmental sciences. It has customers in the commercial sector as well as government.
