The complex features 72 studios, 144 one-bedroom units, and 56 two-bedroom units. Mark Mimms of Sperry Van Ness represented both Commercial Ventures and the seller, Jupiter Realty Corporation.

In another deal, Sutter Health acquired a 36,000 sf building and telecommunications system from R Street Investors for $4.5 million. Telegis Network, who leased the space from R Street Investors, previously occupied the property, located at 2701-2711 R St. The property includes a recently installed 25,000 sf cool-room with a raised floor area designed for fiber optic cables and other telecommunications devices.

The property is located in the downtown area, and the price tag is considered a good price for this location, according to Sutter Health officials. Ed Erwin represented Sutter Health in house. R Street Investors also negotiated in house.
