BMW Lease Used As Tenant Rep Incentive

BROOMFIELD, CO-Julien J. Studley's Denver office offers a three-year lease on a new BMW 352i to the broker who brings a tenant for 26,428 sf of sub-lease space at 370 Interlocken Blvd.

BROOMFIELD, CO-When Rob Link, who heads Julien J. Studley’s Denver office, first proposed the idea to his client, “they had that look like a deer caught in the light of headlights,” Link tells GlobeSt.com. The idea by veteran broker Link — formerly a top broker at CB Richard Ellis — was to offer a three-year lease on a new BMW 352i to the broker who brings a tenant for a full floor to the class A space at 370 Interlocken Blvd. in the Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment business park.

The space is currently leased by the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, a firm known for handling many high-tech deals across the country.

In the first quarter of 2000, the firm was working on 13 stock deals worth more than $1 billion, while it doesn’t have any on its plate this year.
