The two-story building is located at 1442 Second St. The new facility has 22-ft ceilings, exposed wood trusses, mezzanines, skylights and a roof deck. It is occupied by the Italian restaurant, Buca de Beppo, and KORE, an Internet venture capital firm.
The recently constructed building has replaced the Pussycat, which was the city's last standing adult venue. The former theater stood on Second Street for 30 years. Its only remaining vestige is the marquee, which now advertises Buca de Beppo.
