DPR's Client Orientation Snags Austin Award

AUSTIN-The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce is rewarding those companies that have provided superior customer service. Making the list is Redwood City, CA-based DPR Construction's Austin office, which counts CarrAmerica and Motorola as clients.

AUSTIN-A construction company with an active Austin project list was one of several companies recognized by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce for providing “over- the-top” service to its customers.

DPR Construction Inc., based in Redwood City, CA was the winner in the medium-sized business category. The chamber said DPR’s performance incentives “ensure customers that the estimates will be accurate, change orders will be processed quickly, the project will stay on schedule and will finish with no punch list.” It also cited DPR’s practice of surveying customers during the project so changes can be made on the fly.
