The New York-based FTI, which produces software for the financial services industry, will use the location for software development. The company was assisted in its site search by Jonathan B. Schultz and George Gemelos of The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, Woodbridge, NJ; and Barrett Stern of Murray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide of New York City.

"This transaction evolved over 12 months and involved surveying over 300 sites from Stamford [CT] to Trenton [NJ]," according to Stern. "This one was determined to offer the best combination of infrastructure, incentives and location."
