The second lease was for 29,775 sf, and was taken by the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP. While the lease is for expansion space, it was not immediately known how much space Pillsbury already had. Randolph C. Harrell and John P. Dodenhoff of Grubb & Ellis represented building owner Connecticut/DeSales Partnership. Patrick Marr of CB Richard Ellis represented Prudential. Randolph C. Lerner Enterprises of Bethesda, MD developed the building in 1988. Retailer Filene's Basement anchors the bottom two floors of the building.
