WASHINGTON, DC-Two new leases have been inked at 1133 Connecticut Ave. NW, a 231,000-sf, 12-story building at the corner of Connecticut and DeSales Street NW. Investment firm Prudential Securities Inc. has leased 25,497 sf of space in the building.

The second lease was for 29,775 sf, and was taken by the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP. While the lease is for expansion space, it was not immediately known how much space Pillsbury already had. Randolph C. Harrell and John P. Dodenhoff of Grubb & Ellis represented building owner Connecticut/DeSales Partnership. Patrick Marr of CB Richard Ellis represented Prudential. Randolph C.
