Great Pines Academy Leases 7,850 SF

HOUSTON-Great Pines Academy, a Catholic preparatory school, has leased 7,850 sf at 14333 Fern in west Houston near Interstate 10 and Dairy Ashford for a new school.

William J. Byrd and Parker Johnson, both of Colliers International’s Houston office, represented Great Pines in the lease with ARZ Investments. Byrd and Parker were the only brokers involved in the deal. Byrd tells GlobeSt.com that the building was originally renovated into a school design when West Houston Charter School leased the building. Byrd says his client, Great Pines, wanted something bigger, but liked the classroom layout and design of the building. As Great Pines grows, Byrd believes the school will eventually have to look for a bigger location.
