Greg Cizik of Colliers International's Houston office represented Parsons. Steve Rocher and Hubert Wen of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston team acted for the building owner Unilev Management-Timmons Texas Ltd. The Parsons Transportation Group handles specialty design for highways and bridges, railway systems including Amtrak's northeast corridor rail project and transport specialties such as design on tunnels and environmental planning.

In an unrelated lease, M&K Chemical Engineering has inked a 4,450-sf pact for office space at 1322 Space Park in the city's far south submarket near NASA Road One. Coy Davidson of Colliers International in Houston represented the tenant. Nick Castillo of Houston-based Boxer Properties negotiated the pact for the building owner, 1322 Space Park LP. The Granite, IL-based M&K Chemical Engineering also maintains an office in in LaSalle, IL.
