Parsons Transportation Group Inks 8,080-SF Deal

HOUSTON-A Washington, DC-based transportation firm has closed a pact for 8,080 sf of office space at 3555 Timmons. Meanwhile, an Illinois engineering firm has leased 4,450 sf for a spot near NASA Road One.

HOUSTON-Parsons Transportation Group, based in Washington, DC has taken 8,080 sf of office space at 3555 Timmons in Houston, between the west side of Loop 610 and US Highway 59.

Greg Cizik of Colliers International’s Houston office represented Parsons. Steve Rocher and Hubert Wen of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Houston team acted for the building owner Unilev Management-Timmons Texas Ltd. The Parsons Transportation Group handles specialty design for highways and bridges, railway systems including Amtrak’s northeast corridor rail project and transport specialties such as design on tunnels and environmental planning.
