The Salt Lake City, UT-based owner-operator of self-storage facilities bought the two properties at 3660 S. Congress Ave in Boynton Beach and 900 Barnett Drive in Lake Worth from Casselberry, FL-based Starker Services Inc.
Robert Geller of Orlando-based Corporate Investment International Inc. handled the transaction. The acquisition represents a move by Starker to liquidate some of its Florida holdings, Geller says, while AA Alpine is expanding its business outside Utah.
"It was a win-win situation for both parties and a deal that was put together quite quickly despite the logistics and geographic complexities," Geller tells GlobeSt.com.
