The building, which will rise at 42147 Roick Dr., will encompass approximately 12,000 sf upon completion. N/C decided to build the new facility for expansion reasons, says Waltz. The completed site will be nearly twice the size of the company's current 7,000-sf facility in Brea. Completion is scheduled for March 2002, according to Waltz. Approximately 13 of N/C's 30 employees will make the move with the company, he adds.

N/C Industries manufactures more than 475 types of instrument parts. One of its main customers is Fullerton-based Beckman Coulter Inc., which designs, manufactures and markets systems that are used for medical and pharmaceutical research.
