Brea Co. Gears Up for Temecula Groundbreaking

BREA-The locally based manufacturer of instrument parts will commence groundbreaking on its future Temecula site in two weeks. The company will relocate to the facility upon its expected completion in March 2002.

BREA-A Brea manufacturer, N/C Industries, is gearing up to break ground on a new site in Temecula, which it will relocate to upon completion. The groundbreaking is slated to commence in two weeks, as the company is awaiting final approval on some permits, according to N/C Industries general manager Mark Waltz.

The building, which will rise at 42147 Roick Dr., will encompass approximately 12,000 sf upon completion. N/C decided to build the new facility for expansion reasons, says Waltz. The completed site will be nearly twice the size of the company’s current 7,000-sf facility in Brea. Completion is scheduled for March 2002, according to Waltz. Approximately 13 of N/C’s 30 employees will make the move with the company, he adds.
