EATONTOWN, NJ-The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has closed five leasing transactions in this Monmouth County community. Tech-related activity here remains solid, and “this market has a sophisticated, growing technology base for all types of uses,” according to Steven M. Schultz of the Woodbridge, NJ-based Schultz organization.

In the recent transactions, Vitronics, Inc. and Innovative Power Solutions have each leased 9,200 sf at 20-22 Meridan, and Advest, Inc. has leased space at 1-13 Christopher Way. Also, Biological Controls has signed for 5,700 sf at 749 Hope Road, and Lear Siegler Services has taken 5,100 sf of space at 3 Corbett Way.
