Building owners held meetings with tenants at buildings such as One America Plaza, 550 Corporate Center and other tall buildings early today. They went over new security procedures, including requirements that tenants must meet visitors downstairs or visitors must be escorted upstairs.

The San Diego Zoo was evacuated at 10 a.m. after information was received by the anti-terrorist task force. Several hundred people were asked to leave and the facility was shut down for the day. A bomb was not found.
