The five-story office building, built in 1964, also contains ground floor retail shops. Major tenants include Dean Witter and Price Enterprises.

Aetna provided financing on behalf of hotel and resort developer Manchester Resorts to purchase the building. Mark McGovern in L.J. Melody's San Diego office arranged the financing for the transaction.

L.J. Melody & Company, a CB Richard Ellis company, is one of the nation's largest real estate investment banking firms. Over the past two years the firm arranged $13 billion in commercial real estate transactions nationwide.
