Located on a half-acre parcel, the facility will give JB Marketing the space it needs for a nearly three-fold expansion of its headquarters and warehousing activities, according to a company spokesperson. In addition to industrial space, the building is being improved to include nearly 1000 sf of office space. JB Marketing has already occupied the facility, having moved in at the beginning of September. Approximately 20 employees work at the site, which stands at 15255 Raymer St.

Bob Hoyer of Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties represented SHM Holdings. The seller, RLH Property Group, was represented by Luke Staubitz, Harvey Beesen and Melissa Lee of The Klabin Co.
