The buyer, Kobot International, has paid $1.6 million for the building. It is located at 961 Calle Negocio.

Kobot was represented by Ted Rommel and Guy LaFerrara of Lee & Associates. The seller, San Clemente L&M Investments, was also represented by LaFerrara, along with Mike Baker of Lee & Associates.

Small and mid-sized industrial buildings across the county have been selling at a steady pace in recent weeks. Recent sales include a 40,000-sf facility in Anaheim and a 17,151-sf building in Orange, as reported last week by Globest.com.

The Anaheim site, which stands at 1500 N. Lakeview, was sold by Lakeview & Orangethorpe Business Center LP. Bisco Industries, a distributor of electronic components, fasteners and circuit board hardware, acquired the site for $3.7 million. In conjunction, Bisco sold its former 17,151-sf facility in Orange. The building, which stands at 704 W. Southern Ave., was bought by Generation Growth LLC for $1.5 million.
