The new building stands at 433 S. Beverly Dr. and has 10,500 sf. It was purchased by Peg Yorkin, one of the Feminist Majority's founders and also its board chair.

The nonprofit will move into its new offices in March, a broker involved in the purchase says. The group is currently housed at 8105 W. Third St.

The Feminist Majority Foundation is one of the nation's most influential women's' groups. Formed in 1987, it is dedicated to equality for the sexes and protecting the reproductive health of women.

F. Ronald Rader, SIOR, and Tibor Lody of Klabin Co.'s Westside office represented Yorkin and her group in the transaction. They were assisted by Richard J. Rosenthal of Venice-based Rosenthal Group. Mitch Stokes of Madison Partners represented the seller, privately held Westminster Properties of LA.
