The subsidiary of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. is building three separate retail automotive centers in Broward County and a fourth in Leesburg, FL, 45 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.
The projects are:
--Alpine Jaguar: A 110,000-sf, three-story precast parking garage and a 43,000-sf showroom-office building on 2.5 acres at 66 N. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. John Ulbrich is the owner. Architecture 6400 Inc., a division of Stiles, is the project designer.
--Davie Nissan/Volvo: A 121,000-sf, three-story precast parking garage and 53,000 sf in showroom, parts and service space on an 8.68-acre site at the Southeast corner of Weston Road and South Post Road in Davie, FL. Plantation Nissan/Volvo is the owner. Winningham Bundy & Tice Architects P.A. is the project designer.
--Rick Case Honda: A $7 million, 60,000-sf dealership on a 10-acre site at 15700 Point West Drive in Davie. Rick Case Automotive Group is the owner. Winningham Bundy & Tice Architects P.A. is the architect.
--Blount Honda: A $2.3 million, 22,500-sf project already under construction at 8865 US Hwy. 441 in Leesburg. Bridgeport Design Group Inc. is the project designer.
