Much, SIOR represented the seller, Fiore Furniture, Inc., while Paine Wetzel Associates Inc./ONCOR International principal Edward C. Wabick represented Family Properties.
First-run movie distributor E.T.S. Direct leased the 10,000 sf in Melrose Park was represented by Minneapolis-based NAI Welsh Companies, Inc. vice president Brad Bohlman. Building owner Scarlato & Sons of Bellwood was represented by Richard A. Battaglia of Oak Park, IL-based David King & Associates.
In an unrelated transaction on Chicago's North Side, the city's department of revenue leased 34,000 sf from MEI Realty, Inc., owner of a building at 2735 N. Ashland Ave. Connolly and vice president Robin Peck represented MEI Realty.
