BELLWOOD, IL-A 52,213-sf building at 1023 Cernan Dr. here has been sold for $910,000, according to property tax records, while 10,000 sf has been leased at Armitage Place, 1301 W. Armitage Ave. in the neighboring western suburb of Melrose Park. Both deals were handled by NAI Hiffman’s industrial brokerage group.

Family Properties, Inc. bought the building in Bellwood, which is 100%-leased by Chicago Locker Co. NAI Hiffman associate Stephen J. Connolly and vice president Lawrence R. Much, SIOR represented the seller, Fiore Furniture, Inc., while Paine Wetzel Associates Inc./ONCOR International principal Edward C. Wabick represented Family Properties.
