The accounting firm is moving from 11,000 sf elsewhere in the park. The 735,000-sf development is owned by publicly traded PS Business Parks. Grubb & Ellis' DaveSquire represented PS Business Parks in the transaction. Moss Adams did not havean outside broker.

The new leased space is located at 8905 SW Nimbus Avenue, Suite 400. PS Business Parks could not be reached for comment Monday on its development. Creekside is said to be 1.4% vacant at this moment, with another 19,000 sf occupied but being marketed.

Moss Adams LLP is the 13th largest accounting and consulting firm in the U.S. PS Business Parks, Inc. is a commercial properties REIT focused primarily on flex, multi-tenant office and industrial space.

Through the first half of 2001, Glendale, CA-based PS produced net income of $21.1 million on revenue of $80.6 million. The numbers are respectively 7% and 9% better than the first half of 2000. Shares of PS fell $0.58 to $27.27 on Monday, the first day of trading since the terrorist attack in New York City and Washington D.C.
