Accounting Firm Moves, Expands Within Creekside

BEAVERTON, OR-Moss Adams LLP moves from 11,000 sf elsewhere in the park to 13,434 sf at 8905 SW Nimbus Avenue, Suite 400. Despite sour economic times, the well-located park's vacancy rate is said to be a measly 1.3%.

BEAVERTON, OR-Moss Adams LLP has leased 13,434 SF of class A space at Creekside Business Park in Beaverton. The seven-year lease deal is valued at around $2.5 million.

The accounting firm is moving from 11,000 sf elsewhere in the park. The 735,000-sf development is owned by publicly traded PS Business Parks. Grubb & Ellis’ DaveSquire represented PS Business Parks in the transaction. Moss Adams did not havean outside broker.

The new leased space is located at 8905 SW Nimbus Avenue, Suite 400. PS Business Parks could not be reached for comment Monday on its development. Creekside is said to be 1.4% vacant at this moment, with another 19,000 sf occupied but being marketed.
