The facility is located at 9085 Moya Blvd. in Reno. Panattoni would not disclose the lease rate or the value of the deal and it was not otherwise immediately available. Lease rates for similar space are upward of $0.30 per sf per month, NNN.

Wilma Warshak of Colliers International, along with Deborah Sasz-Voarx and Sue Smith of Commercial Properties of Nevada, represented Amazon.com in the transaction. Panattoni was represented in house. Union Bank of California provided financing for the deal.

A source at Panattoni tellsGlobeSt.com that the space was attractive to Amazon.com because it offered a convenient location for the company's distribution, with 30-feet clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 76 dock doors.
