No replacement has been named. Beaudry notes she has been working 60 to 80 hours each week, which hasn't given her a chance to explore other possibilities.

Beaudry, 37, joined Phoenix-based Westcor, developer of FlatIron, the metro area's newest mall in August 1999. Previously, she was marketing director of the Park Meadows Mall at the other end of the metro area in the city of Lone Tree in Douglas County.

Westcor opened the 1.5 million-sf FlatIron Crossing in August 2000. In its first year, the mall posted sales of $360 million, or $461 per sf. The national average is about $360 per sf. Westcor officials praise Beaudry, and, in turn, Beaudry lavished praise on her former employer.
