The seller, Frye Family Partnership, was represented by Pat Kent and Nick Coo of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer, T & N Tustin Investments Inc., was represented by David Shiokori of D & D Capital.
The sale follows on the heels of another Santa Ana retail transaction, which involved the sale of a 20,896-sf building. The retail property was acquired for $1 million by Nader Trading Co., as reported by GlobeSt.com. Located at 1900 E. 17th St., it was sold by Mike Malley and Azeez Malley.
