Intertrade Aviation was represented by a CB Richard Ellis team consisting of Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere. The same team represented the seller, Federal Mogul.
Demand for the county's small and mid-sized industrial properties continues to grow, as a steady stream of industrial transactions continues to keep area brokers busy. Yesterday, Globest.com reported that a research and development facility in Cypress sold for $4.6 million.
The property was bought by Katella Property LLC, which may use the site to house its corporate headquarters. Located at 6415 Katella Ave., it encompasses 37,437 sf. Built in 1982, the two-story structure stands on a 91,955-sf parcel.
