Chateau, headquartered in this community southeast of Downtown Denver, is the nation's largest owner and manager of manufactured home communities. Its portfolio consists of 220 communities, with about 71,300 residential home site and 1,800 park model/RV sites.
Chateau also manages 39 manufactured home communities with about 8,700 home sites. The company owns or has options on 10 greenfield communities with about 4,000 sites for future developments. Chateau operates in 37 states.
