Vicki Cade and Teresa Larkin of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis Co. have represented the building owner, 2455 Greenway Office Associates. Compliance Marketing, a drug-testing company, has represented itself.
The 102,000-sf building, situated on five acres, is 96% leased, Cade says. It was built in 1983 by Austin developer Barry Gillingwater and renovated in 1995. The building is situated in a garden environment with frontage on Loop 410 just west of the loop's intersection of Interstate 35. Tenants include medical-related businesses.
