Smith Consulting Architects is the architect for the $20 million project at 5930 to 5962 Priestly Drive, developed by DSK Carlsbad Partners.

Five one-story buildings, ranging from 6,300 to 8,300 sf, and four two-story buildings, each 17,000 sf, are positioned on the site to take advantage of a rose garden. Indian sandstone veneer tilt-up and pre-cast architectural window and door surrounds give an "Italianesque" design theme.

Bycor is the general contractor of the project, which is expected to be completed this month.
