QBS Signs 32,000-SF Build-to-Suit Deal

WOODINVILLE, WA-Quality Business Systems, a locally-based digital imaging provider, has leased a building to be constructed by Opus Northwest at the Woodinville 522 Business Center. QBS signed a lease for 32,000 sf of rentable space in Building D.

WOODINVILLE, WA- Quality Business Systems has leased a building to be constructed by Opus Northwest at the Woodinville 522 Business Center. QBS signed a lease for 32,000 rentable sf for Building D.

Woodinville 522, a 392,000 square foot office/warehouse park, will be the new home of QBS, which presently occupies two facilities in Redmond – an office building on Willows Road and an offsite warehouse.

“Quality Business Systems is a steadily growing organization with increasing market share in the Puget Sound region,” President Teri Dunn said in announcing the deal. “The new building in Woodinville will provide us with three times the amount of space we presently have.”
