In a statement, Insignia said that the property is long-term net leased to Tysons Sport & Health, and the transaction was motivated by Tysons Land I's real estate exchange requirement. Sport & Health is one of metro Washington's largest chains of fitness centers. The club has 22 locations in the region, and the Tysons center sits on a two-acre site on Greensboro Drive here.
